Introducing New Features on VNPAY Merchant Application

In order to enhance the quality of our services and provide convenience for our valued partners, Vietnam Payment Solutions Joint Stock Company (VNPAY) is pleased to announce that starting from April 5th, 2023, VNPAY Merchant application will have new highlighted features:

1. Debt management:
Partners can view information, manage, and utilize their debt (the amount VNPAY is obligated to pay to partners and the benefits/promotions that partners are entitled to). The rights include: 1.1 Granting and changing usage rights related to debt of login accounts and other transaction management tools 1.2 Managing and using debt: - Withdrawing VNPAY-QR, VNPAY POS payment to the VNPAY Wallet account, bank account within T0 day - Using debt balance to purchase utility services on the VNPAY Merchant application - Other rights related to debt provided by VNPAY on transaction management tools during each period
2. Utility Services:
This service allows partners to use the available balance on the application to purchase and pay for services for themselves or for other customers with attractive benefits. The utility services include: 2.1 Payment of utility bills: electricity, water, cable TV, internet, etc. - Buying phone cards and topping up directly into the phone account - Purchasing and paying for other transactions/services like airline tickets, bus tickets, train tickets, using services in amusement parks, and more - Hotel room reservations - Calling and paying for taxi fares - Flower arrangements - And many other attractive services
3. VNPAY Reward Program:
- VNPAY Reward is a customer loyalty program designed to express our gratitude to partners who are using VNPAY's payment solution. - Participants in the program will accumulate reward points to exchange for practical and attractive rewards on the VNPAY Merchant application. For more details about the Loyalty Program, partners can refer directly to the application.
4. Registration process:
Partners who have previously installed the application will be automatically updated to the new version. For new customers of VNPAY, partners can download the VNPAY Merchant application from App Store or Google Play.
